Background Need
A well – known U.S. party goods distributor, eyeing the huge consumer demand during the Christmas season, planned to launch a series of Christmas – themed party sets. In response to the growing preference for environmental protection among American consumers, they required all products to use eco – friendly materials, such as biodegradable plastics and recycled paper. Meanwhile, to seize the peak sales period, they needed 500,000 sets to be delivered to U.S. warehouses a month before Christmas, leaving no room for delays in the supply chain.
Cooperation Plan
After receiving the order, our team quickly customized a product combination. We paired energy – saving LED decorative light strings (with casings made of recycled plastic) with themed tableware (crafted from bamboo fiber, a renewable resource). To ensure compliance with U.S. environmental and safety regulations, we optimized the supply chain: sourced materials from certified eco – friendly suppliers in Asia, arranged for third – party inspections at every production stage, and used a combined shipping method of air and sea freight. Additionally, we coordinated multiple production lines in Yiwu factories, increasing shifts appropriately, and finally completed production and delivery 15 days ahead of the client’s required schedule.
Result
Once the Christmas – themed party sets were launched in the U.S. market, they were warmly welcomed by consumers. The eco – friendly features and festive designs attracted a large number of orders. The client’s sales revenue increased by 35% compared to the previous year.
